Founded by Dr Rosemary Kelliher in October 2024, GP Care Killarney is a medical practice guided by a commitment to care, compassion, continuity, and community.

 

The practice is staffed by a core multi-disciplinary team of two general practitioners and three experienced nurses, each bringing their unique expertise to serve the diverse healthcare needs of the local population.

 

Doctors:

• DR ROSEMARY KELLIHER, with vast general practice expertise and specialist interest in dermatology;

• DR DANIELLE O’LEARY, offering expertise in fertility, contraception, and antenatal services;​

 

Nurses:

• NURSE ANNA O'DONOGHUE, a qualified lactation consultant experienced in infant feeding & vaccination.  Also, involved in Heartbeat and the Irish Heart Foundation.

• NURSE LAURA POWER, experienced in emergency care & managing acute medical & surgical cases.  Leads the practice's cervical smear and cryotherapy clinics.

• NURSE MARGUERITA O'SULLIVAN, experienced in cryotherapy, cervical smears and all vaccinations.​
